Lamination system
Lamination is to combine the single-layer cast transparent film after baking into a multi-layers transparent film through a machine. The main purpose is to ensure that the film will not break in the stretching line and improve stretch efficiency.
Stretching system
Stretching is a key step in forming micropores on the base film. The transparent film is first stretched at low temperature to form micro defects, and then the defects are stretched to form micro pores at high temperature, and then form a highly crystalline microporous film by high temperature setting. There are two options of online heat treatment and offline heat treatment stretching line.
layering system
Layering is to layer the stretched multi-layer microporous separator into single or multiple layers according to technical requirements through layering equipment to prepare for the next process.
Slitting system
Slitting according to the customer's specifications.
