The production line can produce both 1/4 fold napkins and 1/6 fold napkins to meet the different needs of Chinese consumers.The production line adopts servo drive, accurate count control, and can produce 20~50 pieces/package products, or customized according to customer requirements. It is equipped with multi-layer stacking function premade bag bundling packing machine, which can meet the diversified requirements of different sales channels, and can also be connected with our company's automatic case packer for production.The whole line operation is simple, flexible and convenient.

OK-3600/2900High Speed Facial Tissue Auto Folding Production Line

 

Speed: 200meter/min or 15 logs/min

The high-speed production line has two models: width 2900 mm and 3600 mm, with full servo control, the first half fold adopts vacuum adsorption process. It is equipped with multi-lanes log saw cutting machine, the master machine speed can reach 200 m/min or 15 logs / minutes, the whole line adopts tissue paper log accumulator and single package accumulator to buffer, distribute. the whole line is equipped with full servo facial tissue single packing machine, multi-functional bundling packing machine and full automatic case packer, and can be compatible with the conventional products and E-commerce Products, daily capacity can reach 30-50 tons. And can be selected with our high-precision automatic calendaring, embossing, gluing lamination unit for production of various embossed products, kitchen towel products, to meet the diverse needs of the market
